I facilitate an experience which empowers you as an individual, allowing you to break things down into tiny pieces that are completely manageable, do-able, comfortable and best of all fun, all while avoiding overwhelm, procrastination and fear.
I believe that knowledge is wonderful, but I also know from experience it is in doing that we really progress and grow.
Through small progressive steps I can show you that it is absolutely possible to realize your true potential. I do this by attentively listening to your needs and desires and intuitively prescribing highly effective, thought provoking, enjoyable to use tools that you can experiment with and play with allowing you to tap into your own inner wisdom, knowing, truth. These tools combined with education on the creative process and basic information about how the brain works in relation to fear and self sabotage can break the creative blocks that have been holding you back to this point.
Through the coaching experience I provide a safe, nurturing place where you can feel comfortable opening up and exploring the infinite possibilities in your life and in your endeavors; uncovering, recovering and actively pursuing your dreams.
